Timescales
Each session is a half day module which can be delivered either face-to-face or virtually. We recommend that each session is conducted 4 weeks apart to allow participates time to practice and embed their new behaviours back in the workplace.
Module 1: Defining Your Career for the Future
The world of work is changing, consequently how we do career management is evolving. In this module, we support participants to develop their career strategy. We look at their career aspirations and ambitions as well as map their skills-triad (soft, technical, and digital skills) to ensure they remain relevant, employable, and agile in the future. This strategy is then viewed in the context of personal values, preferences, and life plans to create a realistic roadmap that enables sustainable growth and progression.

Module 2: Connect for Success
Most people will agree, it’s not just what you know, it’s who you know when it comes to career progression. Therefore, creating the right networks is essential for progression. In this module, participants will learn about how to build and effectively utilise their networks and connections, as well as how to increase their visibility within these networks, to get the right opportunities that will accelerate their career growth.

Module 3: Limitless
One of the greatest barriers to female career progression, is their own self-limiting beliefs –the thoughts and feelings around what they can and cannot do. Many of these thoughts operate at an unconscious level but can have a significant impact on the uptake of career opportunities. In this module, participants tap into their self-limiting beliefs, they break down these unhelpful barriers and re-programme their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours for success. This includes looking at emotional control and how to effectively manage stress.

Module 4: Version 2.0
Most career decision are made when the individual is not in the room, therefore, ensuring the right people know who you are and what you want, is essential for career progression. This module focuses on helping participants align their leadership brand to what they want to be known for. It provides a range of tools that helps participants to communicate and promote their brand in a way that creates meaningful connections and growth.
