Sarah Christensen

BsC (Hons) Psych; MSc. Occ Psych; C. Psychol

"Over the last 20+ years as an ED&I change-maker, I have been supporting others to maximise their potential in the workplace. For me, it is about connecting people with their values to help them understand what drives behaviour and carve out a world that is aligned to who they are and what they want to achieve.

As an academic and published author, I structure my solutions around the evidence, integrating research and best practice to create lasting behavioural change – otherwise, what’s the point! This means bringing together a unique blend of approaches from neuroscience, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural, coaching, adult learning, and leadership development to enable clients to align goals and take meaningful action to enhance capabilities, skills and overall well-being.

Ultimately, it’s about helping others translate insights about themselves so that they can focus on their strengths, maximise their talents and live a life of passion, meaning and purpose."
