​Sarah is a DEI strategist and change-maker who has been inspired to leverage the power of diversity and inclusion for over 20 years. Together with her team, she is passionate about designing best-in-class people sustainability strategies that drive the DEI agenda forward. This includes designing and delivering a range of learning and talent development solutions as well as end-to-end change management programmes to embed DEI at every level of the business. 

Sarah is a lecturer on the Edinburgh Business School MBA programme and enjoys conducting research into topics related to DEI. 

She is also a published author and has written several academic journal papers, thought-leadership and opinion articles.

  • British Psychological Society Level A & B Competency in Psychometric Testing
